Experienced PADI Instructor – Spain

Adventure Divers, located in Europe’s Premier 5-star resort of La Manga Club, Spain, is seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our small and friendly team. This is a seasonal position from July to September, with potential for extension.

Job Responsibilities:

Conducting PADI courses, including teaching, guiding, and assisting with various levels of instruction.
Assisting in all aspects of dive center operations, including equipment maintenance, filling tanks, cleaning, and customer service.
Leading guided snorkeling groups, conducting bautismos and try dives.
Driving a 9-seater minibus for transportation purposes.
Participating in marketing activities, including advertising and promoting our services in Spanish and English, with an opportunity to suggest future marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum age of 25 for minibus insurance purposes.
Extensive experience in both Dive Master and Instructor roles.
Hold a full, clean European driver’s license.
Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), additional languages such as French or German are advantageous.
Teaching status with Emergency First Response (EFR) certification.
Possess current professional liability insurance for Spain or the ability to obtain it upon arrival.
Must own all personal diving equipment and teaching materials.
Experience in guiding snorkeling groups is preferred.
Familiarity with servicing Scuba Pro regulators/mares and other equipment is a plus.

Preferences:

Individuals residing in Murcia with knowledge of diving in the Cabo de Palos area.
Hold professional ratings from PADI and SSI.
Registered tax number (for residents and non-residents).
Own transportation and accommodation.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages.
