Job Description

We need a permanent admin and booking support for Insider Divers working directly with Simon. Someone who understands or can learn to understand the scuba diving market but does not need to be a diver. At the moment Simon does all of the admin work himself.

Responsibilities

– Email with clients

– Issue and follow up with invoices

– Register payments in our balance, send payment reminders

– Update website, social media and brochures

– Help with marketing materials

– Help with powerpoint presentation beautification

Qualifications

Experience talking to international consumers

Fluent in English, spoken and written

Proficient in powerpoint, excel, if possible also keynote (not mandatory)

Proficient in working fulls online

Needs to have own computer and phone.

Needs to have Internet speed to be able to do whatsapp and zoom calls.

Travel, scuba or ocean background is of advantage (not mandatory)

It would probably be a half-time job at the moment, might become full-time very quickly.

The working hours are flexible but both ways, need to be able to reply to clients and myself in off-hours at times.

The person can be located anywhere in the world, but preferably Asia or Eastern or Western US time zone.
