Exciting Opportunity for German-Speaking Diving Instructor in the Maldives

With over 20 years of experience in the Maldives, JOY DIVE MALDIVES is a reputable and professionally run diving operation. Operating on Safari Island Resort (North Ari Atoll) and Dreamland Unique (Baa Atoll), we offer a friendly team, exceptional marine life, and world-class diving experiences.

As a German-speaking Diving Instructor at Joy Dive Dreamland (Baa Atoll), your responsibilities will include:
Teaching courses in German.
Guiding dives.
Leading Hanifaru Bay manta snorkeling tours.
Maintaining the highest safety standards.
Assisting with administrative duties.

Requirements:
We are seeking a motivated instructor, preferably with experience in remote locations, who meets the following criteria:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a dive instructor.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browser, and email).
Must own a full set of diving equipment in excellent condition.
Team player with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
Fluent in both English and German. Additional languages are a big plus.
Must be physically fit and able to conduct three dives a day.

We Offer:
Single accommodation.
One-year contract on a work visa (paid by us).
Basic salary, flight allowance, service charge share, and commission on certification.
Paid holiday – 30 days per year.
Free accommodation and full board (3 meals at the guest restaurant).
50% staff discount on drinks served at the guest bar.
