With over 20 years of experience in the Maldives, JOY DIVE MALDIVES is a reputable and professionally run diving operation. Operating on Safari Island Resort (North Ari Atoll) and Dreamland Unique (Baa Atoll), we offer a friendly team, excellent marine life, and world-class diving experiences.

Job Offer Responsibilities:
As a Maldivian Dive Guide/Divemaster at Joy Dive Dreamland (Baa Atoll), your responsibilities will include:
Guiding dives.
Leading manta snorkeling excursions in Hanifaru Bay (in season).
Maintaining the highest level of safety standards.
Assisting with water sports activities.

Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:
Maldivian nationality.
Must have a full set of diving equipment.
Must have diving insurance.
Fluent in English.
Team player with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
General knowledge about water sports – jet ski, windsurfing, catamaran sailing.
Physically fit, able to conduct three dives a day.

We Offer:
Double shared accommodation.
Basic salary, service charge share, and commission.
Three meals every day at the guest restaurant.
50% staff discount on spa and drinks served at the guest bar.
