Exciting Opportunity: Experienced Dive Center Manager & Instructor

Location: Indonesia (Pemuteran Bay, Bali)

About Us – Karang Divers Bali:
Karang Divers Bali, with three dive centers in the North of Bali, is a renowned diving destination connected to various hotels and working closely with European travel agencies. We specialize in daily dives in Menjangan Island and Pemuteran Bay, including unique experiences like night dives and Mandarin dives.

Job Offer Responsibilities:
As our Experienced Dive Center Manager & Instructor, you will:

Manage the dive center according to Karang Divers standards, SSI regulations, Indonesian diving laws, DAN International, and resort requirements.
Conduct dive planning, appoint diving staff, and provide monthly reports to Karang Divers GM.
Drive business proactively, create opportunities to promote the diving center, and generate revenue.
Conduct guided dives, teach Try Dive programs, Scuba Reviews, and any SSI or PADI diving courses.
Assist in compressor operations during busy times.
Be involved in conservation programs and community support.

Requirements:
Major experience in diving operations and guest service.
Dive shop management experience in Asia or a strong willingness to learn.
Experience in underwater conservation, artificial reefs projects, and community support.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages like German are beneficial.
Sales-focused and cost-efficiency driven.
Excellent guest care skills with a team player mentality.
Relevant skill sets such as equipment maintenance, marine biology, gas blending are a plus.
Excellent planning and organization skills; ability to work well under pressure.

Desirable Qualifications:
Compressor Operator/Technician
Driving License
Management Knowledge/Degree
Base Leader/Managerial Experience
