Dive instructor For Water Sports Centre

Job Description

Kinasi Lodge has 15 rooms but we run a well-equipped dive & snorkel centre with adequate gear for up to 20 divers and 30 snorkelers.

We have 5 boats and K14 Bauer compressor, and a great crew of well-trained and experienced Mafia islanders.

We are looking for an experienced OWSI who has in her/his CV experience running a dive centre, works independently, very organised and systematic, dedicated to safety and comfort of guests and going the extra distance to make sure of the best possible experience.

Mafia Island has fantastic dive sites and we are developing new ones in the north of the island with a new dive centre at Ras Bweni. This is an exciting and interesting opportunity.

The candidate will have the assitance of two DMs, experienced boat captains and crew and management support for all works, maintenance, F&B for guests on excursions, and will work directly with the owners for full support.
