1. Communication and Coordination:

• Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

1. Emergency Response:

• Develop and implement emergency response plans. Act as a point of contact during maritime emergencies, collaborating with relevant authorities.

1. Logistics and Supply Chain:

• Oversee the logistics and supply chain for maritime operations. Coordinate the movement of goods, equipment, and personnel.

1. Risk Assessment:

• Conduct risk assessments for maritime activities. Implement measures to mitigate potential risks and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to maritime operations, including voyage reports, incident reports, and compliance records.

1. Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure that services meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in maritime operations, with a focus on coordination and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
